Recent Work

These paintings are a series of steps I take to express my concept of place and utter love for the action of making. In the dialogue with my work, I display my unconscious mind, my emotional state, my primal landscape, my process and hand. Pouring paint in these organic, gestural forms while interjecting the element of chance, I explore the new question – What does it mean to live and grow in a singular place?
